NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS

F.P.A. admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational polices, admissions policies, scholarships and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Maintaining the privacy of your family's personal information is important to us. We are committed to taking appropriate measures to maintain the privacy of information you submit to F.P.A. We do not sell this information or share it with anyone else unless authorized by you or required by law. Only F.P.A. employees and consultants who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorized to have access to your information that you provide.

By continuing with the online application process and signing the application, you represent to F.P.A. that the information is furnished by you and is accurate and authorize F.P.A. and its employees and consultants to use the information and rely on the information to process your application.

F.P.A. reserves the right to require more information through documentation and/or a parent meeting to adequately serve the needs of the student.
